Health Link is a secure, web-based personal health record system that puts you in charge of your medical records by enabling you to store, access and manage all of your health information from one place. Health Link empowers you to safely upload, store and download your vital health information such as medical history, allergies, medications, X-Rays, scans, copies of notes from your doctor visits, and important contact information for your doctors, insurance companies and family members.
